My best friend, Laura, wanted me to take pictures of my house to "remember it by".
Lucky for her, I had already taken a TON. I saw the pictures the realtor took of my neighbors house (with a point and shoot no less..) and figured I might try taking a few of my own.
I'm starting to learn that you really are your own best advocate in life. Maybe it's my semi type A personality, but I think I know my house "best" and can try to show it in its best light.
So here is my amateur attempt at real estate photography (please excuse the horrible quality of these shots...I had to compress them since I didn't know when I was shooting that the files were going to be gigantic). These are just some of my faves. Turns out the realtor used it for her MLS listing and in her ads.

Great to have the pictures -- it really is a beautiful house.
Gorgeous, gorgeous gorgeous. It honestly looks straight out of a magazine like Southern Living. If I could have just ONE room that looked as beautiful and put together as yours I'd be a happy woman!!!!I absolutely love everything about it and now way should you have a hard time selling it.
Ok, we can make a deal. You can ONLY move if you sell your house to me. At a discounted rate (along the lines of free.)
That being said, you can't leave.
Wow! I just found your site through Champagne tastes better.
Your home is gorgeous. It's hard to believe they aren't photos out of a magazine. Wow... I'm totally amazed!
I've got an idea, just rent it out as a vacation home. It'd be booked every week. Gorgeous!
